Location & Event Hours
Event: Saturday, December 12th
Public Hours: 10 AM–5 PM
Vendor Setup Begins: 7:45 AM
Location: Frost Frozen Bar Event Space
Booth Setup
Each vendor will be allocated a 6 ft × 6 ft space.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and any display materials needed for their booth.
Please plan your setup accordingly so your display fits within your assigned space.
Road Closures & Arrival
Roads will be blocked due to the 5K and Westport Christmas Market. The closest intersection to use as a reference point is Archibald and Broadway. Please plan extra time for arrival, unloading, and setup.
Promotion & Social Media
We ask each participating artist/vendor to:
Create a flyer featuring yourself or your business and promoting the event.
Share your flyer with Frost Frozen Bar so we can help promote you.
Make at least one social media post or story about the event and tag Frost Frozen Bar to help increase visibility and attendance.
Please create your flyers without AI-generated imagery so our promotional posts are less likely to be suppressed by social media platforms.
Personal Property & Liability
Frost Frozen Bar is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of vendors’ personal property during the event. Please take appropriate precautions to secure your belongings and artwork.
